What Pip does
Everything he does uses your own orders, scans and settings.
Spots problems early
Uploads that keep failing, an envelope setting that doesn't match your slips, two orders headed to the same address. Pip pops up before it costs you. Tap "Don't remind me" and he remembers.
Answers about your orders
Where is it? Why didn't it get a barcode? What does this status mean? He reads your uploads, scans and settings, plus every help page on the site.
Digs into your numbers
How many orders you've shipped, how fast each state delivers, your busiest mailing day, how this month compares to last. Pip works it out from your own orders and can show it as a chart.
Makes fixes for you
Split an order across a couple of envelopes, combine two orders, fix an address, reship, switch to a 4×6 thermal label, upgrade to a package. Nothing changes until you tap Confirm.
Custom exports
Ask for "my October TCGplayer orders with the delivered date" and he hands you a spreadsheet.
Help when it "never arrived"
A download with the order's scan history, a summary, a reply you can paste into marketplace messages, and where your Shipment Guarantee claim stands. With Pip Pro he drafts a reply for any buyer message and files the claim once you confirm.
Shipping and market know-how
USPS's holiday mail-by dates, what makes a letter cost more, how long letters take, and each marketplace's tracking rules, with the source. Now and then he brings you a letter with shipping and market news worth knowing.
Runs your account
Ask about your plan, renewal, payments, referrals or tickets any time. With Pip Pro he also makes the changes: upgrade or switch plans (he shows what it costs today first), cancel or restart renewal, change your envelope format, return address or email settings, make return envelopes, and add an order by hand. Each one waits for your OK, and card details never go in the chat.
Pip on your phone
Open tcghaultracker.com/app on your phone and add it to your Home Screen (on iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen). Chat with Pip on the go. With Pip Pro, the app adds alerts when an order needs you, a barcode scanner (scan an envelope to pull up its order) and packing videos: record yourself packing an order, and if a buyer says something was missing, you can share the clip.
Talk, don't type
Tap the mic and just ask. Past chats are under History, he says a quick hello on your first visit each day, and if he can't sort something out he sends it to support, and a real person answers.
