Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TCGHaulTracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TCGHaulTracker provides automated processing of TCGplayer packing slip PDFs, including USPS address validation, Intelligent Mail Barcode generation, and shipment tracking via USPS Informed Visibility. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free trial.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use TCGHaulTracker. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the service and agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One free trial per email address. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TCGHaulTracker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to process
• Use the service to generate barcodes for mail you do not intend to send, or for fraudulent purposes
• Use buyer address data obtained through TCGHaulTracker to contact buyers outside of order fulfillment, build marketing or contact lists, or for any purpose beyond shipping the specific order from which the address was obtained
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service
• Use the service in any way that could harm USPS systems or violate USPS regulations

4. USPS Compliance

TCGHaulTracker generates barcodes using our registered USPS Mailer ID. By using the service you agree to mail all processed pieces as First Class Mail with appropriate postage. You may not use TCGHaulTracker-generated barcodes for mail that is not actually sent, for non-First Class mail classes, or for any purpose that violates USPS regulations.

Misuse of USPS barcodes may result in account termination and may be reported to USPS.

5. Free Trial

Your free trial includes 25 orders or 30 days of access — whichever comes first — followed by a 3-day grace period. After the grace period, processing will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial orders do not carry over to a paid subscription.

6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a set number of orders per month. Additional orders beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the applicable overage rate at the end of your billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of TCGHaulTracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using TCGHaulTracker you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit any packing slip data you upload to TCGHaulTracker, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Packing slip data downloaded from TCGplayer or other marketplaces constitutes order fulfillment data; by uploading it you confirm you are using it solely for the purpose of fulfilling those orders, consistent with your obligations as a marketplace seller.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TCGHaulTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all barcodes will be scanned by USPS. USPS scanning coverage varies by location and mail volume.

Address validation improves deliverability but does not guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, or undeliverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGHaulTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@tcghaultracker.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
