Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and TCGHaulTracker LLC ("TCGHaulTracker," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the TCGHaulTracker service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TCGHaulTracker provides automated processing of TCGplayer packing slip PDFs and CSV order files, including USPS address validation, Intelligent Mail Barcode generation, and shipment tracking via USPS Informed Visibility. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free trial.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use TCGHaulTracker. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the service and agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One free trial per email address. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TCGHaulTracker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to process
• Use the service to generate barcodes for mail you do not intend to send, or for fraudulent purposes
• Use buyer address data obtained through TCGHaulTracker to contact buyers outside of order fulfillment, build marketing or contact lists, or for any purpose beyond shipping the specific order from which the address was obtained
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service
• Use the service in any way that could harm USPS systems or violate USPS regulations
• Record false or inaccurate mailing dates for jobs — mailing dates are used for shipment tracking calculations and must reflect the actual date mail was deposited with USPS

4. USPS Compliance

TCGHaulTracker generates barcodes using our registered USPS Mailer ID. By using the service you agree to mail all processed pieces as First Class Mail with appropriate postage. You may not use TCGHaulTracker-generated barcodes for mail that is not actually sent, for non-First Class mail classes, or for any purpose that violates USPS regulations.

Misuse of USPS barcodes may result in account termination and may be reported to USPS.

5. Free Trial

Your free trial includes 25 orders or 30 days of access — whichever comes first — followed by a 3-day grace period. After the grace period, processing will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial orders do not carry over to a paid subscription.

6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a set number of orders per month. Additional orders beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the applicable overage rate at the end of your billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6a. Credit Packs

As an alternative to a monthly subscription, you may purchase order credits in packs of 30 credits for $4.50 ($0.15 per order). Credits are consumed one per processed order and are only used when you do not have an active paid subscription — subscription quota is consumed first.

Expiry. Credits expire 60 days from the date of purchase. The expiry clock is paused while a paid subscription is active; it resumes if your subscription lapses. Expired credits are forfeited with no refund.

Auto-renew. If auto-renew is enabled (the default), a new 30-credit pack will be automatically purchased using your card on file when your credit balance reaches zero during order processing. You may disable auto-renew at any time from your Account page.

No refunds. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Limitations. Credits do not include access to the Shipment Guarantee program, which requires an active paid subscription. All other features available to trial users are available to credit pack users.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of TCGHaulTracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using TCGHaulTracker you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit any packing slip data you upload to TCGHaulTracker, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Packing slip data downloaded from TCGplayer or other marketplaces constitutes order fulfillment data; by uploading it you confirm you are using it solely for the purpose of fulfilling those orders, consistent with your obligations as a marketplace seller.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TCGHaulTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all barcodes will be scanned by USPS. USPS scanning coverage varies by location and mail volume.

Address validation improves deliverability but does not guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, or undeliverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGHaulTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@tcghaultracker.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Shipment Guarantee Program

The Shipment Guarantee is a discretionary seller protection program offered to active paid subscribers. It is not an insurance policy, warranty, or unconditional guarantee. TCGHaulTracker reviews all claims and approves or denies them at its sole discretion.

• Eligibility. Coverage applies only to orders processed through TCGHaulTracker while the Shipment Guarantee toggle is enabled on your account. Coverage is not retroactive.
• Fee. A fee of 2% of the order total (maximum $0.50 per order) is assessed when the order receives its first USPS scan, confirming entry into the postal mailstream. Orders that receive no USPS scan are not charged. Assessed fees are billed at the end of your subscription period as a separate line item.
• Coverage cap. Maximum payout is $25.00 per order, regardless of order total.
• Claim eligibility. Claims may be submitted 14 or more days after the most recent USPS scan on an order, provided the buyer has contacted the seller to report the order as missing. Orders with no USPS scan on record are not eligible.
• Buyer-initiated claims only. Claims must be based on a buyer report of non-delivery. Sellers may not file claims proactively on orders that have not yet been reported missing by the buyer.
• Claim evaluation. TCGHaulTracker considers available USPS scan history alongside buyer-reported context when evaluating claims. Scan data informs the review but does not automatically approve or deny any claim. A final Out for Delivery scan does not preclude a legitimate non-receipt claim, nor does its absence guarantee approval.
• Payout. Approved claims are paid as a credit applied to the seller's next invoice. TCGHaulTracker reserves the right to adjust the payout amount at its discretion.
• Fraud. Claims filed in bad faith, without supporting buyer contact, or exhibiting patterns inconsistent with legitimate non-delivery will be denied. Repeated fraudulent claims may result in account termination.
• No guaranty of approval. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. TCGHaulTracker's decision on any claim is final.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
