Now choosing pilot groups

For online groups that sell card singles: Discord, Facebook, Reddit and anywhere else

TCGHaulTracker for Groups: a tracked PWE for every sale.

Sellers paste an address link in the DM. The buyer types their address, USPS checks it, and it lands in the seller's list. Out goes a USPS-tracked envelope, and everyone sees the same scans.

  • Address link for DMs
  • Addresses checked by USPS
  • Live USPS scans
  • Nothing to install in your group

Admins: request a spot for your group. Sellers: get on the list.

No cost to request a spot. We'll only email you about the pilot.

See it in about a minute

From the DM to the mailbox.

Captioned, so it works with the sound off. The address link and buyer page are what the pilot groups get first.

The problem

Group sales run on DMs and trust.

Addresses get typed by hand from a DM or a payment note, so a missing apartment number only shows up when the envelope comes back. Most singles go out as a stamped PWE at the buyer's risk. When one doesn't arrive, it turns into a thread, and the admins end up in the middle.

Got it, thanks! Drop your address here so it goes out tracked: tcghaultracker.com/ship/cornercards

Buyer

Done. It caught that I forgot my apt number lol

How it works

Sell like you do now. Ship tracked.

Step 1

Sell in the group

Post, comment, DM. Nothing changes about how members sell or get paid.

Step 2

Send the address link

The seller pastes their link in the DM. The buyer types their address and USPS checks it as they go, then they get a page with their tracking link.

Step 3

Print and mail

The address lands in the seller's list. They print a tracked envelope or label on their own printer and mail it.

The whole thing, for the seller, the buyer and the group, in under two minutes:

For admins

Less refereeing. Your group's name on every sale.

Disputes

Everyone sees the same scans

When a buyer says it never came, the seller and buyer can both look at the USPS scans instead of arguing in a thread.

Nothing to install

No bot, no new rules

Nothing is added to your server or group. Sellers who want it use it; nobody has to.

Your group

Your group's badge

Members who ship tracked show a "Member of [your group]" badge to their buyers. Your admins approve every one, and can remove it any time.

For sellers

Fewer "where's my card?" DMs.

Every plan

A tracking link for every buyer

It's on the page they see after sending their address, so they can check it themselves.

Paid plans

If it's lost after it's mailed

Tracked letters with a USPS scan are covered up to $50 by the Shipment Guarantee. Refund your buyer, and you may be reimbursed after review. Cash sales aren't covered.

Paid plans

Postage and labels in the app

Buy letter postage and package labels with your envelopes, at USPS rates. No stamp runs.

Pilot groups go first

Members of pilot groups get extra free orders to try it. After that, plans start at $9/month with postage, package labels and the Shipment Guarantee included.

The pilot

Built with a few groups first.

The address link and buyer page are being built now. Pilot groups get them first and help shape them before they open to everyone.

What pilot groups get

  • Early access to the address link and buyer page
  • Your group's badge on members' buyer pages, approved by your admins
  • A group page with your name, logo and colors, listing your badge members
  • Bonus free orders for members who sign up through the group
  • A free plan for admins who sell
  • A direct line to Support while it's being built

What we'd ask

  • An OK to tell members about it, in a post you approve
  • A few sellers willing to try it on real sales
  • Honest feedback on what's missing

Questions

Questions admins ask

Do buyers need an account?

No. They open the seller's link, type their address and they're done. No app and no sign-up.

Does the group have to install a bot or change how it runs?

No. Nothing is added to your server or group. Sellers paste a link in their DMs, the same way they ask for an address today.

Is a tracked PWE the same as BMWT?

No. It's a regular letter with a USPS Intelligent Mail barcode, so you see USPS scans as it moves. Letters don't get a delivery scan the way a package does, but you can see how far it got through USPS. It's a middle option between a stamped PWE at the buyer's risk and bubble mailer with tracking.

Which sales are covered by the Shipment Guarantee?

On paid plans, tracked letters with at least one USPS scan are covered up to $50 if they're lost after they're mailed. The seller enters the sale amount before printing. Sales paid in cash aren't covered; PayPal, Venmo and other payment records are. Claims are reviewed. How the Guarantee works

How does the group badge work?

Sellers who join through your group's page can ask for your badge, and any of your admins approve or remove it. Approved sellers show "Member of [your group]" on the page buyers send their address to, on the tracking page and in delivery emails. The badge links to your group page, where buyers can check the seller is listed. A seller can belong to more than one group.

Can we use our own name and logo?

Yes. Your admins set your group page's name, logo, colors, tagline and rules link, and can add or remove other admins.

What do sellers need to print?

A regular home printer for #10 or A6 envelopes, or a thermal printer for labels.

Where do buyers' addresses go?

Only to the seller they're buying from, for that order. They aren't sold or used for marketing.

Is TCGHaulTracker part of Discord, Facebook, Reddit or TCGplayer?

No. TCGHaulTracker is an independent company. It isn't affiliated with Discord, Meta, Reddit, TCGplayer or any selling group.
