Program Standards

Operational rules for specific features, part of our Terms of Service (Section 11b). Each standard shows when it takes effect, and applies only to orders processed, or purchases made, after that. An order that doesn't meet a Shipment Guarantee standard is never charged the guarantee fee.

Shipment Guarantee eligibility

Missing unit
Orders where USPS reports a missing apartment, suite, or unit number ("Confirm Unit") are not enrolled until the unit is confirmed with the buyer and the order is corrected, or the address is confirmed as correct.

Address USPS doesn't deliver to
Orders where USPS reports the address as not receiving delivery ("No-Stat"), and no PO Box for the buyer was confirmed, are not enrolled.

Unit required but not matched
Orders where USPS reports the address requires a unit and the unit given doesn't match USPS records are not enrolled. Units USPS simply can't confirm, where the address doesn't show as requiring one, stay eligible.
