What's changing in our Terms
The latest update to our Terms of Service, in plain words: what's changing, who it affects, and when it applies.
Holiday claim timing, plan changes, claim reversals, and postage billing
For orders first scanned November 15 to January 10, a claim for an order not marked delivered can be filed 21 days after the latest USPS scan, instead of 14. Delivered orders keep the 7-day wait. This applies every year.
Terms, Section 11 →Upgrades start right away: you pay any overage so far at your current rate plus the difference in monthly fees, and the overage orders you pay for don't count against the new plan. Downgrades start at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
FAQ: changing plans →An approved claim is only reversed if the cards make it back to you: your buyer receives and returns them, or USPS returns the envelope to you. A late scan or delivery scan on its own doesn't reverse a claim.
Terms, Section 11 (Recovery) →Package labels are charged when you buy them. Letter postage and any USPS adjustments are charged when your unbilled postage reaches your threshold, or added to your next invoice, whichever comes first.
